EWOMI NGO OFFICIAL BRIEF TO ALL MEMBERS – NOVEMBER 2025

Dear EWOMI Family,

Warm greetings to every one of you across all states, regions, and LGAs. Today, we present an important and all-encompassing brief to inform, reassure, and guide our members as we move toward a season of progress, empowerment, and organizational restructuring.

1. Grant Assurance – Strong Hope Before the End of 2025

EWOMI wishes to reassure all members that all signs and communications from the grant community point strongly to disbursement before the year runs out.

Although Nigeria is preparing for election season—and political activities can sometimes affect the timing of programs, grant handlers and key officials are still working tirelessly to ensure the release happens this year.

We give you hope, not hype.

We give you truth, not rumours.

Stay positive. Stay prayerful. Do not lose faith.

However, protect your mind and avoid depending on a fixed date to avoid unnecessary stress.

2. Why the Delay? — Nationwide Verification Is Ongoing

Since July 2025, the following compulsory nationwide checks have been ongoing:

* Verification of all account details

* Confirmation of NGO-submitted documents

* Removal of duplicate entries

* Screening to prevent ghost beneficiaries

* Validation of NGO registrations nationwide

* Ensuring fairness, transparency, and proper record keeping

This process involves many NGOs, government bodies, and stakeholders.

This is not delay — this is due diligence to protect everyone.

3. EWOMI Final Checklist Will Begin After Green Light Is Given

Once official clearance is given:

The National Coordinator, supported by selected national officers, will commence the final EWOMI beneficiary verification.

This final checklist will:

* Remove ghost members

* Correct wrong entries

* Ensure that only authentic EWOMI members remain on the final list

EWOMI is committed to ensuring that every genuine member receives their rightful benefits.

4. Strong Warning Against Borrowing

Please, for your wellbeing:

Do NOT borrow money simply because you are expecting a grant.

Hope is good, but wisdom is better.

5. EWOMI Is NOT a Grant Platform – Let Us Correct This Now

EWOMI was not created for grants and will never operate as a grant-focused agency.

EWOMI is built on:

* Humanitarian services

* Support for widows, orphans, and children

* Youth empowerment

* Community development

* Capacity building

* National transformation

Anyone who joined EWOMI only because of grants was wrongly mentored.

6. EWOMI Has Never Collected ₦1 for Any Grant List

EWOMI has never charged any member to place their name on any “special list” or “priority list.”

If you paid anyone,

kindly go and take back your money; EWOMI did not authorize such payment.

7. EWOMI–OPAY MASS EMPLOYMENT PROJECT (Special Empowerment Initiative)

A major empowerment success of 2025 is the EWOMI–Opay Mass Employment Project, designed especially to support members across the:

* South-South, and

* South-East regions.

This initiative has already created numerous:

* Aggregator positions

* Marketer roles

* Digital financial opportunities

And more positions will be open for EWOMI members.

EWOMI is empowering families even before the grant arrives.

8. IMPORTANT STRUCTURAL INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL COORDINATORS

To strengthen transparency, accountability, and national coordination:

A. All State, Regional, and LGA Coordinators Must Add the National Coordinator to ALL WhatsApp Groups

This is mandatory.

This ensures:

* Proper monitoring of activities

* Early detection of suspicious or unauthorized operations

* Direct communication flow from national to grassroots

Any coordinator who fails to comply will be sanctioned.

B. No Project Must Be Executed Without National or International Approval

All planning at:

* State level

* Regional level

* LGA level

MUST be communicated to the National Office first.

No project, event, training, project launch, or financial engagement should begin without formal approval.

This will prevent misinformation, mismanagement, and unauthorized activities.

C. Members May Contact the National Coordinator for Clarification

If any state or LGA gives misleading information,

members are free to reach out to the National Coordinator directly.

Official WhatsApp Contact:

📞 08084491524

Transparency is our culture.

9. Major Organizational Restructuring Before 2026

Before the new year:

* New state, regional, and local executives will be appointed

* Non-performing officers will be replaced

* Many offices will be shuffled

* A new and stronger 2026 work plan will be launched

This restructuring is to ensure EWOMI enters 2026 with strength, discipline, unity, and full organizational capacity.

10. States Will Commence Projects & Training Programs

From 2026:

* State chapters will launch community projects

* Trainings for youths and women will begin

* Humanitarian activities will be expanded nationwide

* New opportunities for members will be rolled out

EWOMI is stepping into a season of visible growth.

11. National Coordinator’s Tour – Nationwide Inaugurations

The National Coordinator will embark on a national tour to:

* Inaugurate state and LGA officers

* Conduct physical verification of members

* Inspect readiness for grant disbursement

* Strengthen state structures

Physical verification WILL take place before any disbursement nationwide.

This ensures only real, verified EWOMI members receive the benefits.

12. Final Words to the EWOMI Family

Dear members,

Stay hopeful.

Stay patient.

Stay informed.

Stay united.

The grant is on course for release this year, and will only be given to those who are present in any of our Approved platforms be it National, State or Local Government EWOMI NGO Groups.

EWOMI is stronger than ever.

Greater opportunities are coming.

And our structure is becoming more powerful every single day.

Together, we rise.

Together, we build.

Together, we win.

EWOMI NGO National Leadership

Empowering Lives. Building Communities.
