    How to promote breastfeeding. These are keys point .
    The Important of breastfeeding to mother/ father.
    The baby should feed frequently both night and day..
    It is normal for the baby to feed up to eight hrs in a day.
    in breastfeeding especially exclusive the mother should not give water nor any other for six months.
    Ensure that the mother’s body can produce enough milk for the baby.

    key points for the general public to note:
    we can all go out to support breastfeeding mothers. friends, families, employer and communities. all mentioned above play A very good role in supporting breastfeeding mothers and creating a supportive environment to breast feed their babies anytime / anywhere.

    Important of breastfeeding.
    It help the baby to meet his/her physical/emotional needs.
    It provide a source of comfort.
    It is normal in many cultures and recommended by WHO/UNICEF .
    It reduce the risk of cancer.
    Very nutritional, provide source of energy and protein, protects against illness.
    Cheap and affordable.
    Build intimacy between mother and child…
